Email inspo

Every email a brand sends, in order, with a note on each one.

We follow brands that are good at email and save everything they send, for a year or more. Each email gets tags you can filter by and a short note on what it was trying to do. When you're stuck on what to send next week, come and read how another brand handled the same week.

Whole archives, with the boring emails left in

Sites like Really Good Emails collect one pretty email each from thousands of brands. They're nice to look at. They can't answer the question you actually have, which is what to send on a normal Tuesday, after the discount already went out on Friday.

So we archive brands whole instead. Take SULT, one of the brands in here. They sent 30 of their 115 emails on a Friday. Fifteen in November, four in July. 78 of them asked for nothing at all. You'd never learn any of that from a gallery, because galleries only keep the pretty ones.

SULT email built like a captcha: select all images containing proper hydration

27 May 2026 · Wed 18:00

Every email has a note like this one.

Built as a fake image-selection security check asking you to pick the pictures showing proper hydration. Energy drinks and coffee are the wrong answers. Turns a competitor comparison into a puzzle the reader completes themselves, so the conclusion arrives as their own.
engagement no offer problem-aware make-it-a-question playful curiosity

Twelve tags on every email: what it wanted, the offer, the hook, the tone, who it was written for, and so on. Filter by any mix of them. Each brand also gets a patterns page that adds up its archive and shows what the brand kept doing, and what it quietly dropped.

Plain text SULT email titled: our accountant is going to strangle us

2 Jul 2026 · "our accountant is going to strangle us"

The best ones aren't even designed.

This one is plain text. No images, no layout. The founders admit they lose about 24p on every order, put a 10pm Friday deadline on the deal, and sign off with "don't come to me for business advice."

94 of SULT's 115 emails use no social proof. 78 carry no offer. A gallery would never show you emails like these, and they're the ones worth copying.

More brands are on the way

This is for founders and small marketing teams who write their own emails. We add brands as we find ones worth reading, and each archive keeps growing on its own. Tell us whose emails you keep screenshotting. We'll join their list, and you'll get one email from us when their archive is up.

One email when your brand goes live, then nothing.

Start with SULT's welcome email from July 2025.

Read it the way a subscriber did, in order, and use the arrow keys to move through. The images are stored here, so no tracking pixel tells the brand you were reading.
